Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) notifies recruitment for Central Research Laboratory

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced vacancies for Research staff at its Central Research Laboratory, Ghaziabad. The organisation has invited applications from software development professionals, to work in the fields of software engineering, display technology and network management system amongst others. Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

• Research Staff Member (Grade E-II, Regular): The candidates should hold any of these degrees in Computer Science- M.E, M.Tech or M.S. They must have a minimum score of 70 percent in their graduate and postgraduate degrees (for General and OBC categories). The candidates under PwD, SC and ST categories need to have passing marks in both degrees in order to be eligible
• Research Staff Member (Grade E-III, Regular): The applicants must have any of these degrees in Computer Science- M.E, M.Tech or M.S. They must have a minimum score of 70 percent in their graduate and postgraduate degrees (for General and OBC categories). The candidates under PwD, SC and ST categories need to have passing marks in both degrees in order to be eligible
• Research Staff Member (Grade E-II, Fixed Term): The applicants must have a B.Tech or B.E degree (or any equivalent qualification) in Computer Science. They must have a minimum score of 70 percent in their qualifying degree. The candidates having an M.E, M.Tech or M.S degree will be given preference

Experience:

• Research Staff Member (Grade E-II, Regular): There is no minimum experience requirement for this post
• Research Staff Member (Grade E-III, Regular): The candidates should have an experience of at least two years in their respective field
• Research Staff Member (Grade E-II, Fixed Term): There is no minimum experience requirement for this post

Age limit:

• Research Staff Member (Grade E-II, Regular): The upper age limit for being eligible is 27 years
• Research Staff Member (Grade E-III, Regular): The upper age limit for being eligible is 32 years
• Research Staff Member (Grade E-II, Fixed Term): The upper age limit for being eligible is 25 years

Pay scale:

• Research Staff Member (Grade E-II, Regular): The selected candidates will receive a CTC of Rs 7.9 lakh per annum
• Research Staff Member (Grade E-III, Regular): The selected candidates will receive a CTC of Rs 9.4 lakh per annum
• Research Staff Member (Grade E-II, Fixed Term): The selected candidates will receive a CTC of Rs 7.5 lakh per annum

Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and an interview round.
