Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who will help design, develop and deliver leading edge cloud user experiences for a multi-tiered, J2EE distributed software applications for accessible by users from all mobile & web platforms. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing highly scalable, fault tolerant, high performance enterprise applications built for the cloud using open source technologies like Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, Jquery, OOJavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL database. 
The candidate must possess solid object oriented programming and core java skills.

Key Skills:

2 to 4 years experience , demonstrated contribution of specification, code, test and debugging of deployed products.
Good understanding of object-oriented design and various software design patterns and frameworks.
Hands on experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, Jquery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL database.
Good knowledge on JavaScript frameworks and HTML5.
Hands on experience on Android Platform will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Linux, Apache-Tomcat/Jetty/JBoss. 
Knowledge of Mysql / Postgress (Understanding of SQL queries, stored procedure, DB Design etc).
Knowledge of NoSQL database (MongoDB, CouchDB, etc) will also be an added advantage.
Must be familiar with standard multi-tiered, multi-tenant architectures. 
Demonstrated ability to analyze technical requirements, develop well-structured code, delivered on time, with automated tests. 
Knowledge of Agile development . Demonstrated ability to understand and develop challenging algorithms.
A self-starter with a strong desire to learn new concepts. 
Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications.
Must be a fast learner, able to adapt to new applications and frameworks, and eager to work on fast-paced, exciting, and innovative technologies.
Work autonomously and checks-in as decisions are made, proactively identifying potential issues and escalating only when necessary.
Solves problems creatively, with a keen desire to continually learn and grow, motivated by success.
