Job Description:

3+ year of SEM experience managing PPC campaigns (Google AdWords).
1+ years of experience as QA in SEM/SEO domain.
Should have managed an AdWords / Digital operations Team in a metrics driven environment.
Hands on with AdWords Campaign Optimization, Keywords Analysis, Keyword Research, Reporting and Analysis, and Account Audit.
Proven experience in developing search marketing campaigns for advertisers in North America.
Recommended strategies and suggestions on improving clients campaign performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Attention to detail identify errors in work deliverables; ensure best internal quality of work.
Provide day-to-day SME support to AdWords Optimizers.
Coach people on improvement areas individual performance as well as process related.
Data oriented understand trends in individual and team work performance e.g. error analysis.
Identify innovative ways to improve team quality.
