Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed Engineering Graduate / Diploma / 10+2 holder in any one Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical Engineering & Technical Vocational Branch, who have not got any employment training after getting Degree / Diploma. For Degree / Diploma, the candidates must have passed Engineering Degree or Diploma from a recognized University, established by Madhya Pradesh & Chattisgarh State Government or equivalent, State Counseling or Board of Technical Education.

Scale of Pay:
Eligible candidates receive the stipend of Rs. 4984/- for Engineering Graduate trainees, Rs. 3542/- for Engineering Diploma trainees & Rs. 2758/- per month for Technicians ( as per Govt. norms ). No other allowances will be given during the entire period of training.

Selection Process:
Candidates selection will be based on the Percentage of marks obtained in Degree / Diploma examination of related trade & Viva & Medical test at the recruitment center.
