Job Description:
Primary responsibility is to support premium customers over call/email/chat on their subscribed products/services.
Skills:
Should have 1 to 5 years of experience in technical - customer service profile (Voice/Semi-Voice/non-voice).
Should have experience of working in an international B2C environment.
Should have experience of working under performance metrics/parameters.
Should possess Excellent Communication skills.
Should be open to work in 24*7 shift ( only night shifts ).
Should be good with the troubleshooting of electronic gadgets ( mobiles, tablets, laptops etc).
Aptitude to learn new changes in the process quickly.
Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
