Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally 2017 – Airmen Posts: Indian Air Force has invited unmarried male candidates to appear in recruitment rally from 28.10.2017 to 01.11.2017 to join as Airmen in Group ‘ X ‘ ( Technical ) trades at Gandhi Stadium, Balangir, Odisha on 02/2018 & 01/2019. Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed Intermediate / 10+2 / equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics & English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate & 50% marks in English OR passed 03 years Diploma course in Engineering from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in aggregate, & 50% marks in English in Diploma or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma course.

Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates should have below 18 years of age & upper age relaxation as per Govt. norms.

Scale of Pay:
Candidates during training, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month will be paid. On completion of training, the starting gross emoluments at the minimum scale of pay including Military Service Pay ( MSP ) & Group X Pay will be Rs. 33,100/- per month plus DA ( as applicable ).

Selection Process:
Eligible candidates are selected based on the written test, Adaptability Test 1&2, Physical Fitness Test ( PFT ) & Medical Examination.

Physical Fitness Test ( PFT ):

Height	152.5 cm
Weight	Proportionate to height & age
Chest	Minimum range of expansion 5 cm
