Job Description:
- Helpdesk professionals with 1-3 years of hands on experience on Technical / Semi-Technical Helpdesk experience for Level 0 and Level 1 activities.- Candidate should preferably be a BCA/BCS graduate or Diploma in IT.
- Should have excellent communications skills (Written & Verbal).
- Should have proficiency/training on Active Directory, Windows 2003/2007 , Incident Management, ITIL (Certified / Trained).
- Should have Exposure to ticket administration tools such as Service Now / Remedy, Citrix working knowledge, RDP, Cisco / Avaya Account Administration.
- MS-Excel proficiency for analytical skills is also required and any exposure to working with Third Party tools for access rights management will be helpful.
