Job Description:
3 to 5 yrs of work experience with BPS/ ITeS organization in a voice process.
Excellent command over Excellent communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region.
Experience working with large volumes of data and data analysis.
Willing to work in a shift based work schedule.
Excellent with people connect; will not lead a team but will have to work with associates on the floor.
Good knowledge of spreadsheets and graphs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
