Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include understanding Job Requirements; resourcing, Screening, Qualifying and submitting resumes based on the needs.
Sourcing from different job boards Like Dice, Monster , Carrier Builder.
Should have ability to understand the Technical/IT job description.
Engaging with the prospective candidate over phone, Screening, Interviewing, Submitting to immediate manager for further review, Interview.
Coordination, follow up calls, rolling out offer and on boarding.
Follow up with candidates & stakeholders.
Team Player Able to work in a team environment.
This position requires working for US market and speaking with candidates based in United States. Good communication and interpersonal skills are Mandatory.
Qualification:
Throughout 60 % Marks ( Class 10th, 12th, Graduation & Post graduation).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, self-directed.
Should be comfortable to work in night Shift.( 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM IST ).

1 Printed copy of resume, 1 passport size photograph.
Positions are Off-Roll (3rd Party Payroll vendor).
