Job Description:
1. Should be from technical writing background, will be responsible to develope e-learning education content.
2. Should have fair understanding of technology.
3. Analyze the business and learning requirements of the customer and create programs.
4. Engage with the customer to understand the requirements.
5. Communicate design/solution to stakeholders and the execution team.
6. Review product development and ensure quality of project deliverable.
7. Mentor senior and junior IDs in the team.
8. Interface with SMEs and customers.
Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent writing/ communication skills.
2. Interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge about Instructional design approach and methods.
4. Excellent Editing skills.
5. Attention to detail and must have a keen eye on identifying bugs on self-review.
6. Must have a high learning quotient and ability to work within timelines.
