Job Description:
Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.
Develop and maintain configuration management solutions.
Develop test automation frameworks in collaboration with rest of the team.
Create tools to help teams make the most out of the available infrastructure.
Skills:
In-depth understanding of Linux operating systems (e.g. Centos, Redhat etc.).
Should be able to troubleshoot issues in OS.
Experience with infrastructure troubleshooting.
Should have installed/configured Linux servers & troubleshooting.
Good knowledge on RAID.
Hands on LVM ( logical volume Management), NFS.
Ready to take new challenges for working on new concepts by doing R&D and Resolving the Issues in time.
Should know to upgrade the patches in RedHat & Centos.
Programming knowledge with UNIX shell scripting.
Knowledge on Network services like NFS, NIS, LDAP, DNS, FTP.
