Job Description:

• 0 – 2 years related experience in AutoCAD, Creo, NX CAD or Catia 3D CAD/drafting systems.
• Experience in drawing/designing
• Fresher can also apply with trained on AutoCAD, Creo, NX CAD or Catia
• CAD and manual drafting principles, practices, methods and techniques
• Verbal, written and numerical communication skills
• Read and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models of automotive/ appliances
• Computer literate in CAD software, plotters, and Microsoft Office
• Self-starter with ability to contribute in design reviews
• Coordinate drawing specifications with engineers and project managers
• Draws finished designs from sketches
• Self-check work for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Set-up and maintain an organized file system of project drawings
• May be responsible for some design elements

Bonus Qualifications:

• Good Knowledge of GD&T
• Material Cost Calculation
• Good Knowledge of DFM, DFA
• MS Office and computer proficiency
• Ability to interpret part drawings and assembly drawings
• Detailed knowledge in one or more areas like materials, machines, operations and processes such as forging, casting, welding and plastics injection molding.
• Manufacturing/ Assembly Cost Calculation for Different Process in Mechanical & Electrical area Study & understanding of Manufacturing / Material / Machines used
• Optimizing the best manufacturing process techniques
