Job Description:
The role will have the following key responsibilities:
Taking feedbacks for Franchise from various customers.
Connecting with customers who have given us a low rating through phone and emails.
Escalating issues on behalf of customers.
Understanding the customer grievances and providing appropriate resolution.
Speaking with Franchise to get the escalations resolved in a timely manner.
Solving/answering prospect and customer issues, complaints, questions/queries in close coordination with the other departments.
Providing appropriate feedbacks to Franchise and ensuring documentation of all feedbacks.
Handling escalations within a stipulated timeline.
Following up with customers as and when required.
Documenting all information according to standard operating procedures.
Ensuring that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures.
Employees must be willing to work at the times required by call center managers, and some positions include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
