Job Details:
i. Excellent Communication skills.
ii. 3-7 years experience Linux/Windows Administration, Monitoring alerts, Incident handling, Installation, Configuration and Technical Troubleshooting on Linux OS, Good knowledge of Hardware & Networking.
iii. Familiarity to tools like Apache, Tomcat, Nagios, JIRA, Application support.
iv. Knowledge on ITIL framework, Incident management lifecycle.
v. Comfortable to work in 24x7 environment on rotational basis.
