Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have possessed Class Xth pass ( for General / APST ) & knowledge in playing Band / Bugle.

Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates should have between 17 to 21 years for Constable ( GD ) Civil Police ( Male / Female ) posts & 18 to 22 years for Constable ( Band / Bugler ) IRBN ( only Male ) of age as on 01.01.2017. Relaxation of upper age limit for APST is given to a maximum of 5 years.

Scale of Pay:
Eligible & selected candidates receive their remuneration of level-3 in the pay matrix of Rs. 21,700 – 69,100/- & other allowances as per Govt. norms.

Candidates selection process will be based on the Scrutiny of Documents Verification, Physical Standard Test ( PST ), Physical Efficiency Test ( PET ), Trade Test, Written Examination Test & Merit List.
