Job Description:
Work closely with the business to understand hiring requirements.
Source candidates through portals as well as referrals and other modes.
Coordinate interviews with the candidates and business teams to ensure smooth candidate experience.
Drive offer process, reference checks, salary negotiations and closures.
Follow up with candidates during the offer to joining phase.
Applying industry best practices to connect with quality talent.
Use naukri & other recruitment portal to identify top talent for specific job requisition.
