iii) Having six years of regular service in the scale of (pre revised) Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800.

Desirable Skills:
- 5 years experience in Admn./Estt./budgeting/ procurement/planning and policy formulation/ implementation of Govt.schemes and projects.
- Excellent Computer skills.
