BSF Jobs Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants educational qualification need to complete Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institution and Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
Age Criteria: Applicants age limit for BSF Age Limit Notification 2017 must be not exceeded 35 years.
Salary: Selected candidates will get a salary from BSF Assistant Commandant Electrical Notification 2017 pay bands of Rs.15600 to Rs.39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400 as per Border Security Force norms.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates selection procedure will be based on their performance in
- Written examination
- Physical Standard Test
- Physical Efficiency Test
- Personal Interview
- Medical Test.
Physical Standard Test for BSF Assistant Commandant Posts 2017
Physical Standard Test will be carried out by the selection board to assess their height, weight and chest according to the Physical Standard mentioned below.
For Male Candidates
- Physical Criteria
- Height – 165 cm
- Chest – 81 to 86 cm on expand
- Weight – 50 Kg
Medical Criteria
- Eye Sight – Eye sight should be 6/6 or 6/9
- All Parts of the Body should work properly and not fractured
For Female Candidates
- Physical Criteria
- Height – 157 cm
- Chest – N/A
- Weight – According to age and height of the candidate
Medical Criteria
- Eye – 6/12 and 6/9
