The business office was struggling to keep up while facing pressure to cut costs like never before because of challenges with declining reimbursements, payor complexity, and the need to expand rapidly to keep up with practice growth.

Job Description:

Provide First Level Technical Support to clients based in the United States.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. .
Must be reliable and dependable.
Availability to work various within the 24 hour cycle.
Must not have a native accent. Neutral accent is required.
Must be able to understand the American Accent.
Analytical thinking, attention to details.Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. 
Team Player.
Pleasant, helpful and enthusiastic telephone manner.
Interest in technical issues and expanding technical knowledge.
Ability to user initiative within supervisor guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification of HSC with diploma in IT or relevant experience in the IT field. 
Technical Certifications (Microsoft, A+, Network+) would be an added advantage. 
Aptitude and knowledge of PC Hardware and Software. 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems. 
Knowledge of Networking Concepts and terminology. 
Understanding of basic Internet connectivity (i.e TCP/IP networking terminology, web [HTTP] and email [Exchange]).
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Basic knowledge and understanding of the concepts of web based applications.
Basic understanding of the functionality of printers and knowledge of the concept of network printers.
