Job Description:
Answer phones and respond to customer requests.Good Verbal and written communication skills.
Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Upsell products and services.
International customer handling experience with In Bound/ Out Bound calling is preferred.
Only BA, B.Com, MA, M.Com, MBA graduates are eligible.
Only male candidates are eligible.
Should Have Communication Skills.
Candidate Profile:
Should have min 6 months to 1 year experience in calling.Should have good communication skills.
Should have inbound or outbound calling experience.
