Job Description:
Monitoring the business through Muthoot Branches. Identifying the weak branches on monthly basis and turning them to productive branches by regular follow ups and motivating the staff.Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new schemes, competitor's activities, etc.
Upgrading sales skills of branch staff in respect of service provided by MSTL department by organizing training and branch cluster meetings.
Coordinating between the branch and the Head Office for getting faster service and competitive rates to our customer.
Preparation of all MIS reports based on the feedback received from the branches under the region.
Any other work alloted from time to time by the competent authority.
