Job Description:

Remote monitoring of windows 2003 servers which includes Server Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web based application & server resources.
Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot Web Application and website issues.
Work closely with various teams for early issue closures.
Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem.

Job Responsibilities:

Certified or trained in Windows Server mgmt. with expert level knowledge on Windows Server & Networking basics.
Any diploma/graduate.
Prior experience of remote server management.
Must be a good Team Player.
Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Quality and Process Orientation.
Proactively identify issues and escalate the complex issues to the respective teams.
Quick Learner.
Willingness to work predominantly North American shifts (8 to 9 months in a year night shift, remaining days will be U.K or Australian shift & no general shift).
