Job Responsibilities:
B2B phone calls, analyze and process accounts, document the outcome and analysis as per the requirements, Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.
Job Requirements:
Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
Relevant experience in insurance process would be preferred.
Should be open to work in continues night shifts.
