Job Description:
1. Handling Voice calls from India Customers.
2. Solving Queries of customers related to Pine Labs’s Product.
3. Registering complaints of customers using ( CRM ) applications.
4. Interacting with different department involved for the complaint resolution.
5. Co-Ordination with escalation team for faster resolution.
6. Willing to work in rotational shifts ( Operation 10Am to 10Pm ).
