Job Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales targets for all Residential Projects, as per defined plans and execute broker development initiatives to drive top line growth, in line with the Organizations objectives.
Interact with brokers on a regular basis to establish relationships and resolve their queries regarding payment, contract terms and conditions, or any other aspect in a timely manner.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to brokers.
Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure a positive experience for the clients throughout his association with the Organization.
Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Keep track of the progress on achievement of Residential Sales targets and provide periodic updates to the Department Head.
Identify potential customers, engage with them on a regular basis (making pitch presentations, regular communication etc.) to convert the lead; involve Team Leader, Department Head for critical clients.
Prepare proposals, pitch presentations for clients as and when required and get the same approved from Team Leader/Department Head.
