Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited is also known as MPPGCL. MPPGENCO is a totally owned company of MP Govt engaged in the generation of electricity in the Madhya Pradesh. MPPGCL is a successor entity of former MP State Electricity Board (MPSEB). The Madhya Pradesh PGCL Company, while operating and maintaining its existing units, is also constructing new Power Plants for increasing capacity in the MP state.
