Job Description:
1. Responsible for handling irate customers.
2. Responsible for handling incoming Chats.
3. Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly goals.
4. Chat work experience is a must.
Desired Profile:
1. Good Typing speed.
2. Good Communication skills.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience.
4. Should have good writing skills.
5. Good Knowledge of Travel domain.
6. Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) preferred.
7. Good Stability Record.
8. Should be comfortable to work in 24*7 (Rotational Shifts).
