Job Description:
Should possess Good communication Skills & Analytical skills.
Should be flexible working in shifts (Day/Night).
Should be flexible working in Voice/Semi Voice processes.
Should be able to sign a service Agreement for a year.
Must have Computer skills (MS Office) with minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
