Job Description:
To Probe and Log Correct Jobs for the Stores.
Handle Inbound Calls within the KPIs.
Manage the job with High Quality.
Provide telephonic support to Tesco Store Personal, Head Office Officials on property(stores)/equipment related issues.
Interact with the contractors to have timely responses.
Raising tickets for every job called through and assigning them to the relevant internal/external team.
Would be a 8 hrs. calling environment with voice support provided based on business needs.
Excel and Basic Trouble Shooting Skills.
Strong communication skills is must.
Skills:

Graduation is a must and preferred.
