Job Description:
The System Administrator will be responsible for supporting Global Linux production and non-production environments.
Job Responsibilities:
To create, maintain, manage and troubleshoot :
Local and data center infrastructure.
Windows, Linux and VMWARE based servers remotely.
SAN / NAS storage like EMC, NetApp.
Apache / IIS based Web servers.
Tomcat application servers.
Schedule and execute application releases.
Create quality documentation for infrastructure.
Plan, document and execute IT projects.
Skills:
Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
Expertise in Linux, Tomcat Apache, IIS, VMWARE, EMC, NetApp and shell scripting.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to provide creative and innovative ideas.
Self motivated and self disciplined.
Ability to deliver quality work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
