Job Description:
Responsible for inbound / outbound calls and email handling.
Primary point of contact for guests and visitors.
Basic administrative duties including managing and co ordination with support staff, maintaining registers.
Collection of invoices and couriers; bifurcation and handing it over to appropriate person.
Responsible for taking care of basic stationery needs.
Multiple other ad hoc requests.
