All the founders used to work in Bangalore at the time (sometime in 2005) - all with top IT MNCs - IBM, Texas Instruments and Honeywell. They were friends from BITS Pilani, one of India's finest engineering colleges. During Diwali that year, one of them wanted to spend the festival in his home town. Since he didn't know his schedule till the end, taking a bus was the only choice. He ran around town hunting for a ticket, but they were all sold out minutes before he reached the travel agents. Bangalore traffic is notorious and can grip you at the wrong time. That's exactly what happened that day. That's when he thought of the possibility of providing consumers the convenience of booking a bus ticket over the internet. The objective was two-fold - to ensure that they don't have to leave the confines of their comfort to book a ticket, and to help them get a ticket when they need it the most.
Job Description:
Work with the Ops/call centre & Training team and take responsibility for offering the customers the highest functional quality services.
Identify the knowledge gaps, process gaps & Language gaps and ensure documentation of the work flow process.
Calibration within team and with TLs.
Prepare & Monitor reports and analyze trends to provide inputs for increasing productivity and excellence.
Highlight corrective actions by doing data analysis to improve process efficiency.
Ability to do a Root Cause Analysis and action planning.
Work upon the action plans to improve data Quality scores and increasing customer delight levels.
Identifying the training requirements of each Team Member and providing for the same in the appraisal sheets.
Knowledge of analytical tools, Quality concepts like ISO & Six sigma would be an added advantage.
Improving overall quality of service and increasing customer delight levels.
Achieving overall productivity and targets of the team.
Monitoring and maintaining quality of feedback to CCEs.
Initiate and Implement key initiatives for process improvement.
Ability to train on product/process and some basic soft skills.
Should be open for travel.
